Product Guarantee:
All products purchased from mybaby.co.uk are covered by a minimum of 6 months manufacturer guarantee.
Manufacturers will exchange or repair any product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days.
If it displays a manufacturing fault after 28 days but within the guarantee period we manufacturers will repair or send spare parts to you free of charge.
If you experience problems with any particular manufacturer within 6 months of purchase, mybaby.co.uk will of course contact the manufacturers on your behalf in order to resolve the fault. If the manufacturer fails to resolve the problem to your satisfaction mybaby.co.uk will endeavour to resolve the issue direct with you.
Accidental damage and damages caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a charge will be made. If you have damaged any of your nursery items you may be able to make a claim against your household contents insurance.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

In some cases we may have to establish if the problem you are experiencing is caused by a manufacturing fault. In such cases we may ask you to contact the manufacturer, many manufacturers provide a customer help line and can often rectify the problem over the telephone.
Unfortunately we do not stock spare parts for sale. Please contact the manufacture directly as they may be able to help you. This information should be in your service/warranty book. Any questions about this please contact us and we will see if we can help.
Specifications, Colours, Weights and Sizes:
We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All sizes and weights given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations on the photographs.

Mybaby.co.uk reserves the right to revise and change the terms and conditions detailed on the website without given notice. You are advised the check the terms and conditions regularly. Your use of this website signifies your consent and acceptance of the terms and conditios of use.
Please note:
Pushchair and buggy guarantees differ. Use of a Buggy Boards, or any other accessories not manufactured by the pushchair company, may invalidate your pushchair or buggy guarantee.
We reserve the right to reject items that are uneconomical for repair or are in an unsuitable condition. Please note any repairs made will not extend the original guarantee of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.
All products which require repair outside their guarantee period will be quoted for individually. All parts are supplied subject to availability.
