The Maxi Cosi Mura pram body is perfect for younger babies; it provides a safe and cosy environment for your little one whilst you’re out and about. It is a rigid carrycot that fits directly on to the chassis once the seat unit has been removed. Parents can keep an eye on their little one as the pram body it faces towards you. It also features a hood which can be raised and lowered silently with a simple push of a button, perfect for sleeping babies. The carrycot handle is also integrated into the hood, making it easy to place on and off the chassis. The practical shape of the Mura pram body will be suitable for your baby until around 5 months, at which point it can be replaced with the Mura Seat unit. When space is required the pram body can be folded with the release of the supportive side bars making a compact unit for transport or storage. The soft padded inner lining is fully removable and is secured in place by Velcro. It is fully washable, so great for little accidents!

Please note that the pram body is not suitable for baby to sleep overnight.

When your baby has outgrown the pram body, it can be removed and replaced with the seat unit. The seat unit lays virtually flat for when your little one wants to sleep. It can be used facing either direction, although it can only be folded as a complete unit with the seat in the forward facing mode. The front wheels can be allowed to swivel freely while travelling over smooth terrains, perfect for shopping trips to town. The lock on the front wheel will ensure the wheels stay straight. This is essential when negotiating rough terrain, sand or gravel. All wheels are fitted with a quick release system allowing the buggy to fold to a very compact size but also making it possible to wash and clean the wheels easily after muddy walks. All wheels are fitted with pneumatic tyres with inner tubes and a pump is included in the large shopping basket to make it possible to keep them pumped to the optimum pressure. In place of the traditional bumper bar, is the new ‘T bar’, which keeps your little one secure in the pushchair.
