Delivery options:

My Baby standard free delivery offer is valid for deliveries being made to UK Mainland. Any deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands, Southern Island and Europe will carry a surcharge which is clearly detailed at the checkout stage. Please see below for highland and island postcodes affected by these surcharges.

When products are ordered with standard free delivery, deliveries will be made between 0800-1800hrs. We are unable to offer specific time deliveries. If you live in Wales or England we are able to offer delivery before 10.00am which can be selected at the checkout process. Products with extended delivery will clearly state delivery time scale on the product page, such as 7-10 days. These items will take longer to be delivered than indicated in the standard delivery below.

Saturday service:

If Saturday delivery is selected when ordering, delivery will commence on the Saturday to follow regardless of the day of order. In order to request Saturday delivery you will need to order before 6.00p.m on a Friday. If orders are placed after 6.00p.m on a Friday and Saturday delivery is requested, your order will be delivered the following Saturday (8 days later). Saturday service is not available to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and Scilly Isles.

Text confirmation:

Once your order has been despatched you will receive a text message to confirm this. On the day of delivery you will be notified by text. You then have the option to reply to the text to request an alternative delivery date within the next 3 days.

Text message details:

Despatched: "Your parcel has been despatched from the warehouse and will be delivered the next
working day"

Out for delivery: "Your parcel will be delivered today between 8.30am - 6pm (unless advised
otherwise). Please ensure someone is available to sign for it"

Reschedule delivery: "Your parcel will be delivered on Monday. If you need your delivery on an
alernative day reply to this text. 1 = Tuesday, 2 = Wednesday, 3 = Thursday"

What carriers do we use?

Normally, for items that weigh 30kg or less we use DPD on a next working day service. Orders for products that weigh more than 30kg will be despatched by Night Freight or TNT.

What happens if your item is damaged in transit?

Goods are covered for loss or damage whilst in transit, however you must inform us of damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt of goods and mark the delivery note as ‘damaged’ for this insurance to be valid. In signing for the item you are agreeing that it has arrived successfully and undamaged meaning a later claim will not be considered.

We have made it easy for you to check the expected delivery date of your order. If you have ordered a product that was showing as in stock, standard next day delivery will apply. Please see the table below which provides a guide as to which day your order will arrive.

We offer free two day delivery to the following postcodes:

AB31, AB33-38, AB44-56 & IV30-32

We are also able to offer delivery before 12.00 noon to the following scottish postcodes:

DD6, KA6, KA18, KA19, KA26, KA29, KA30, KY9, KY10, KY14-16, ML12, PH3-17 & TD10-15

Please note that all Scottish postcodes are excluded from the before 10.00a.m service.
